Custom WordPress Design
We worked with two design partners to implment custom designs. First, we worked with Worn to implement a fully custom design. For the second redesign we worked with designer Rebecca Pollock, we implemented her redesign of the women.nyc website. They came to Rebecca with an established logo and a color palette, but they needed a more robust font system and a refreshed website to elevate their brand and to make their valuable content more accessible.
Custom WordPress Development
Both design iterations required fully custom WordPress development. We developed two fully custom WordPress themes which were responsive and performed and looked great on all browsers and screen sizes.
Custom Application Development
In addition to the custom WordPress theme development, we implemented several custom integrations and even developed a custom plugin to integrate directly with Eventbrite. The former, an integration with the American Association of University Women (AAUW), allowed users to register for their joint-venture educational courses in one place, and have the appropriate data shared between the two of them. Our custom Eventbrite plugin allowed the women.nyc team to simply enter a link of their event, and all of the necessary data would magically flow to their event pages and calendar, properly styled and in the right place!
