Why We Don't Believe In The Word "Impossible" At Coldsmoke

In prior positions, I often found myself being frustrated when working on a project and someone would say “This is impossible,” or “We can’t do that.” I think there are two main reasons why people say that (which I mention in the video below)—but we at Coldsmoke ultimately don’t believe in the word “impossible.”
