A Q grader holds the coffee industry's equivalent of a master sommelier certification — a distinction Coldsmoke learned about through the team behind Kloo. These certified experts had developed a premium cold brew concentrate that delivers exceptional flavor at high caffeine concentration. To launch their direct-to-consumer business, Kloo needed a digital storefront that matched their product's caliber: one that communicated their unique quality story while providing an intuitive shopping experience. Coldsmoke partnered with Outline, who developed Kloo's brand identity, packaging and web design, to execute the technical implementation.

Quality defines Kloo's brand identity, so Coldsmoke implemented Outline's design using clean, optimized Liquid code. We developed the site with core technical priorities: performance, maintainability, search engine optimization and accessibility. Beyond development, Coldsmoke served as the e-commerce strategic advisor to Kloo's founding team. Coldsmoke implemented ReCharge for subscription management, enabling Kloo to generate recurring revenue while offering customers flexible, automated delivery schedules for their coffee concentrate. The site delivers pixel-perfect fidelity to Outline's design specifications, balancing compelling brand storytelling and product showcase with intuitive navigation and streamlined purchasing.
